Freestyle frisbee is the spinning of the disc on the tips of your fingers.
Most players glue plastic tips, made out of the super glue cap, on their
finger tips. This makes the disc spin longer and faster so a variety of
tricks can be done. A routine consists of two players performing different
combinations and tricks to music, usually four minutes long. Once the disc
is in motion, you can do legovers, spins, and pulls behind the back and
under the leg.It resembles gymnastics, except the player is keeping the disc
moving at all times. There is a judging system used in Pro tournaments. The
object is to do as many difficult moves for the length of the routine
without dropping the disc. You can get more information on the freestyle
frisbee web site at freestyle-frisbee.com.
